Sophora japonica

Description

As the name suggests, this variety has an upright growing habit. Foliage is generally bright green changing to a beautiful yellow in autumn. In summer, creamy white flowers appear which are pea-shaped. Green pods follow that turn yellow and then brown. This is an attractive feature tree to 12m tall.
